The CARVEC Kestrel 1000ES is a new development designed to fulfill the requirement for an aerial observation/surveillance aircraft which has the power and flight control capability to lift a High Definition quality camcorder in wind of up to 25mph and still have a total take-off weight of less than 7Kg.
